For hotels, designers and retailers, a physical sample helps you assess the color, surface and finish before a larger order. We use the agreed reference to guide the series.

Before You Order
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Send the dimensions you need, along with a reference and your preferred finish. Very large canvases and multi-panel sets are quoted for the specific project.
Can a heavily textured painting be rolled?
Heavy impasto and relief pieces ship stretched or framed. Rolling can damage a raised surface. If rolled shipping is essential, discuss a lighter texture with us before ordering.
Will I see the finished painting before shipping?
Yes. We share progress photos and photograph the finished piece for your approval before release. You can review the surface, color and presentation before it leaves our studio.
How are pricing and freight handled?
Your painting is quoted by design, size, medium, finish and quantity. Prices are EXW our Shenzhen studio, with freight quoted separately for your destination. We confirm packing and shipping details in the quote.
How do I care for textured art?
Use a soft, dry brush with light strokes to remove dust. Avoid water, sprays and household cleaners, and keep the work away from direct sunlight and heaters. Send us a photo if you need advice about a mark or damage.
What if there is a problem with the painting?
If a piece has a defect that is our fault, we repaint it at our cost. For damage in transit, keep the packaging and send photographs of the box and artwork promptly. If we arranged the freight, we help with the claim. Read the returns policy.
