02 / Follow the process
Send the actual image you want painted, not only a photograph of a room containing a small picture. A room photo explains scale and palette; the source file explains the painting. Mark changes to the crop, background, or details and tell us whether acrylic, oil, or heavy texture is required.
Use one line per design with an artwork ID, width × height, quantity, and finish. Mixed designs count together for the trade thresholds at 6 and 21 pieces. A sample is a separate single-piece order, followed by a separately priced production order if you proceed.
Rolled, stretched, and framed work are priced separately. Black, white, wood, silver, and gold have the same frame-color pricing. We work with more than 200 logistics companies: express can suit an urgent order, while sea freight may suit oversized work when the schedule allows it. Most destinations are DDP; local customs exceptions are identified in the quote.
Check the source, dimensions, quantity, presentation, delivery arrangement, and timing against your request. If a design or finish changes, ask us to revise that line before payment. Payment is usually a 50% deposit, with the balance after final approval and before shipping. Your quote and invoice confirm the agreed terms.

Yes. Label it as an initial brief and include the sizes and quantities you currently expect. We identify the decisions still needed. A firm production specification requires the selected images, final dimensions, and presentation.
The painting work can differ: a detailed portrait, fine architecture, and a broad abstract composition require different handling. Medium, surface treatment, and presentation also matter. Send both references so the comparison is based on the actual work.
No. The sample is priced and paid as a separate single-piece order. The later bulk order is quoted independently using its own quantities and specifications.
Yes. We include the proposed shipping options and their costs in the quotation discussion. Tell us whether speed or budget matters more; for large formats, we can compare express with sea freight where the schedule permits.
