PaletteMomento is a hand-painting studio in Dafen Art Village, Shenzhen, making custom canvases from your images, renders and colour instructions.
Your painting is made directly on premium linen, with layered colour and visible brushwork. There is no printed image beneath the paint. Acrylic is standard; oil is available on request.

Can I commission a painting from my render or mood board?
Yes. A render or mood board can establish the palette, scale, and atmosphere. Send the selected image or state clearly which reference controls the subject and composition. Include your wall dimensions and confirm that you or your client has the right to use the supplied material.
Can I specify an exact canvas size and aspect ratio?
Yes. We offer 60 standard sizes from 24 by 20 to 80 by 60 inches and custom measurements. We preserve the chosen source proportion where possible. If the wall requires a different format, the crop or alternative composition is agreed before painting starts.
How do I avoid a painting that is close, but not what my client approved?
Record the source, crop, orientation, retained details, palette priorities, material, surface, and presentation in the brief. We confirm unresolved conflicts before painting and send photos, short videos, and final daylight photographs of the actual canvas for approval.
Can I send an AI image, a photograph, or digital artwork?
Yes, when you or your client owns or has permission to use the material. Clear high-resolution files make it easier to retain the details requested at the final canvas size.
Are the canvases printed or hand painted?
They are hand-painted directly on premium linen in acrylic as standard, or oil on request. No image is printed beneath the paint, and no texture is added over a print.
Can you make a matching series for my hotel, residence, or multi-room project?
Yes. Define the shared dimensions, palette range, framing, surface treatment, visual density, quantity, and whether the individual images repeat or vary. Mixed designs count together for trade-rate thresholds.
Can we approve the painting before it ships?
Yes. We share photos and short videos during production, then send daylight photographs of the finished canvas for approval before shipping.
How do I begin an interior design art project?

How much does a custom hand-painted canvas cost for trade?
You receive trade pricing from one piece, but the exact cost is quoted for your project. Send the reference image, finished size, material, framing, quantity, and destination; trade rates improve at 6 pieces and again at 21, with mixed designs counted together.
Do you ship to the US, UK, and Australia, and who pays duties?
Yes. Most destinations are served on DDP terms, with any exception caused by local customs regulations explained in your quote. We work with more than 200 logistics companies to find options for your budget and timeline. For speed we look for express services; for larger canvases, we also compare sea freight when your schedule permits.
Where are PaletteMomento paintings made?
Your painting is made by hand in Dafen Art Village, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. It is painted to your approved brief on premium linen, then packed and shipped from the studio.
What happens if my canvas arrives damaged?

Can you paint a famous artwork or an AI reimagining for my client?
Yes, we can paint from a qualifying public-domain artwork or from an AI-generated reimagining that you or your client has permission to use. If your client likes an existing artwork, create a new AI image from their own prompt, palette, composition instructions, and permitted references, then send us that approved image to paint. We do not make direct copies of living or recently deceased artists’ work, or another brand’s protected design.
