02 / Define the destination
Do not use “Europe” as the shipping address. List the country, postcode, recipient, and property type. For a project spread across countries, give each destination its own quantity and required date so we can compare a central handover with individual deliveries.
Older buildings, compact lifts, and upper-floor rooms can restrict a rigid canvas even when the wall is generous. Measure the narrowest opening and turning point. Discuss rolled presentation early if a local workshop will stretch the canvas and the surface allows it.
The lowest transport figure may not include the onward distribution your team needs. Tell us who receives, inspects, stores, and installs each group. We match the proposed route to that scope and explain the DDP arrangement or any destination-specific exception in the quote.
03 / Compare shipping options
We work with more than 200 logistics companies to compare options for your budget and timeline. For a fast delivery, we look for express services. Large framed canvases can be expensive by express; when your schedule permits, we also quote sea freight so you can compare cost and timing.
Most destinations are served on DDP terms. Individual countries can require a different arrangement because of local customs regulations; we explain any exception in the written quote. Your shipment proposal identifies the service, shipping cost, and estimated timing for the actual order.
04 / Build the arrival schedule
Allow for painting, your review, and transport as separate stages. A sample is a separate single-piece order; its delivery and your review happen before the main run. Payment is usually 50% deposit, with the balance after final approval and before shipping.

05 / Resolve delivery questions
Yes. Provide a destination schedule with quantities and finish by address. We compare separate shipments with delivery to a central receiving point if your team can handle onward distribution.
Give the UK address as its own destination. A quote for an address in France or Germany does not define the delivery arrangement for a UK project. Each route is confirmed against the actual recipient and country.
Yes. Label width and height and distinguish the canvas from the overall frame. For a panel group, include the gap between pieces in the total installed width.
No single transit figure fits every country, package, and delivery arrangement. We quote the available service and estimated timing for your exact destination after reviewing the finished sizes and quantity.
