With the rooms defined, choose the subject and painting style that will connect them. A shared palette can link a quiet guest-room piece to a larger lobby statement.

PaletteMomento is a hand-painting studio in Dafen Art Village, Shenzhen. Each canvas is painted directly on premium linen, with one painter taking it from the first marks to completion. Acrylic is standard; oil is available when the brief calls for it. There is no printed image beneath the paint.

Choose the width by where the painting will hang. A useful starting point above furniture is about two-thirds of the furniture width, measured across the complete framed piece or group:

  • Above a 150 cm headboard: start around 100 cm wide. A 100 × 60 cm landscape canvas is one option if the wall height suits it.
  • Above a 180 cm headboard: start around 120 cm wide, such as 120 × 80 cm. Use the actual headboard width, especially if it extends beyond the bed.

“The same palette” needs a physical reference.

Send the finish board, a paint code, or fabric and tile photographed in daylight. Identify which colors must lead and which should stay quiet. Screens vary; when the relationship to the room is critical, review a physical sample in that room before extending the run.

A repeated design needs clear variation rules.

Agree the subject, color balance, texture, dimensions, and frame finish against the sample. Then say whether the canvases repeat that composition or vary within it. Hand-painted pieces retain individual brushwork; the shared specification keeps the collection coherent.

Build Your Bulk Hotel Wall Art Schedule

Your spreadsheet can be simple. Give each design an artwork ID, then attach the source, finished size, quantity, presentation, and room or floor. If several teams are involved, keep one approved version of that list.

Use the artwork schedule to select a representative sample. Confirm that direction with one reviewer before the rest of the hotel collection is painted.

  1. Send the room list and visual references.Share sizes, quantity per design, the finish palette, destination, and installation target. If the schedule is still developing, start with the room types you know.
  2. Confirm the production and delivery scope.We review the source, crop, medium, presentation, quantities, and timing. The quote explains the artwork price, suitable delivery options and costs, and any decisions still needed.
  3. Order a sample as a separate piece. The sample is priced as its own single-piece order. Review the actual painting, then confirm the selected designs and quantities for a separately quoted bulk order.
  4. Review the actual canvases.The run follows the approved specification. We share production photos and short videos, then daylight photographs of every finished canvas for your approval.
  5. Release the work for delivery.After final approval and payment, we pack the work in the agreed presentation. Confirm the receiving contact and local installation arrangements against your artwork schedule.
