02 / Define the painting brief
Assign an artwork ID to each design and list how many are needed on each floor or in each room type. Confirm visible dimensions and framing separately so receiving and installation teams know which piece belongs where.
A corridor group may repeat one composition while a lobby uses a larger related piece. Record the common palette and surface treatment, then identify permitted changes. Hand-painted copies follow the approved direction while retaining individual brushwork.
Include installation phases, receiving contacts, and any reserve pieces in the first brief. Keep the approved image and specification for reorders. A replacement can follow that record, but an aged canvas and a new painting may not look identical under the same light.
03 / Prepare the order
Building and room schedule, artwork IDs, wall sizes, quantity per design, finish board, destination, and installation phases.
Attach the chosen reference to each design and keep alternatives separate. We review the brief with you before production is confirmed.
04 / Confirm price and delivery

05 / Resolve the details
Use one schedule with building and floor columns, then assign each design an artwork ID. Repeat that ID on the approved reference file and quote. Discuss shipment grouping and any labeling requirements before production.
You can repeat a design, alternate a small set, or vary images within one palette. Choose the pattern deliberately. For example, two related designs can alternate along a floor while a different scale marks each lift lobby.
Yes. Send the earlier order reference and list the new locations, sizes, and counts. We quote the added batch separately and use the approved source and specification as the starting point.
The quoted scope is artwork production and the agreed delivery arrangement. Your local team should handle the wall assessment, mounting, and installation. Include access and receiving constraints so the shipment can fit the handover plan.
