Products
All artworks are original, hand-painted pieces made to order. Because each piece is painted by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and brushwork are natural and are part of the character of original art. Product images are representative; minor differences from the final piece are normal.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are EXW our Shenzhen studio, so freight, duties and import taxes are not included. Prices are not published on this site. Each project is quoted individually and a quote holds for the period stated on it. Payment terms are set out on the quote and the proforma invoice for that order.
Orders
Once you place an order, we will confirm the design with you before production begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom & Commissioned Work
For custom pieces, you are responsible for providing accurate details and any reference materials. By submitting photos or images for a commission, you confirm you have the right to use them. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable except in cases of shipping damage or defect.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, text and designs, is the property of PaletteMomento and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaletteMomento shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.
