WhatsApp is not a marketing channel for us. Nothing gets broadcast there, and you will never get a promotional message from us. It is simply where projects move fastest.
Large orders and detailed briefs are the ones that benefit most. If there are many pieces to place, or a color has to land exactly right, a few messages settle what a chain of emails takes days to settle. Questions reach the studio directly, and answers come back quickly.
There is a second reason, and it matters more. Every painting is made by hand, so we send photos and short videos as the painting goes. You get to watch your piece take shape, which is also how you know a person painted it. Something not looking the way you pictured? Say so while the paint is still wet. Changes are easy at that stage, and we would far rather hear it then than after.
Before anything is released, you always see daylight photos of the finished canvas and give your approval. That step never depends on how much was said along the way.
Prices and formal terms still go in writing. Once we have talked it through, a written summary lands in your inbox with the sizes, the finish, the schedule, and the numbers on record. Speed on WhatsApp, paperwork by email. You get both.
