02 / Define the destination
Tell us the UK postcode, property type, and receiving contact. Distinguish an accessible warehouse from a flat reached by a narrow staircase. Include any booked delivery window or restricted access so the shipping proposal reflects the destination.
The artwork may fit the wall while its packed frame cannot turn a stair landing. Measure the narrowest doorway, lift, and turn before choosing a large rigid format. If rolled presentation is suitable, confirm the local stretching and framing plan before comparing costs.
A decorator’s installation slot is the end of the schedule. Work backward through receiving, shipping, final approval, and painting. For a sample order, add your physical review period before the larger run can begin.
03 / Compare shipping options
We work with more than 200 logistics companies to compare options for your budget and timeline. For a fast delivery, we look for express services. Large framed canvases can be expensive by express; when your schedule permits, we also quote sea freight so you can compare cost and timing.
Most destinations are served on DDP terms. Individual countries can require a different arrangement because of local customs regulations; we explain any exception in the written quote. Your shipment proposal identifies the service, shipping cost, and estimated timing for the actual order.
04 / Build the arrival schedule
Allow for painting, your review, and transport as separate stages. A sample is a separate single-piece order; its delivery and your review happen before the main run. Payment is usually 50% deposit, with the balance after final approval and before shipping.

05 / Resolve delivery questions
Send the complete postcode and address. We check the available route and final delivery arrangement for that location rather than applying a London estimate to the whole UK.
It can simplify transport when the surface is suitable for rolling, but the painting still needs stretching and possibly framing locally. Compare the complete plan, including that work. Heavy texture should remain unbent.
Provide the framer’s address, contact, receiving hours, and agreed canvas specification. Confirm the image size and the edge allowance with them before production so the work fits their finishing plan.
The sample is a separate single-piece order. Allow for painting, approval, delivery, and your review in the actual room, followed by the separately quoted production run and its shipment.
