02 / Define the painting brief
Identify the usable wall, nearby joinery, lighting, and furniture. State visible artwork dimensions and overall framed dimensions separately. For panels, specify the gap and order before the image is divided.
Include maintenance, fire, mounting, and access requirements early. Our production scope covers the agreed painting and presentation; specialist site requirements need review by the responsible project team. Name who handles local receiving and installation.
Assign an artwork ID to the source, dimensions, color priorities, and finish. Mark revisions explicitly and nominate one approving contact. For repeated room types, a representative sample can establish the shared reference before the full run.
03 / Prepare the order
Artwork schedule, elevations, visible and overall sizes, sources, finish board, material requirements, quantities, approval contact, and install date.
Attach the chosen reference to each design and keep alternatives separate. We review the brief with you before production is confirmed.
04 / Confirm price and delivery

05 / Resolve the details
Include the design reference, visible dimensions, overall framed dimensions, medium, texture, edge treatment, quantity, location, and approval requirements. Note any site material or mounting constraints before requesting the quote.
Provide the total wall arrangement, individual panel dimensions, planned gaps, and hanging order. Mark essential figures or features that must not be split at a seam. The image is planned as a whole before painting.
Send the exact requirement for review before purchase. A standard canvas should not be assumed compliant. Your responsible project team must approve the material and any specialist enclosure, treatment, or installation detail.
Use one approved artwork schedule with revision dates and file names. Consolidate comments through a named contact and withdraw superseded files from the production brief. Check the final canvas photographs against the same IDs.
