02 / Define the painting brief
A reception feature and a painting viewed beside a consultation chair have different jobs. Specify the viewing distance, preferred subjects, and anything the practice wants to avoid. We follow the approved visual brief without claiming a clinical outcome.
Ask the practice team to confirm the proposed location, cleaning methods, and mounting requirements. Share any required protective enclosure or material documentation before production; those needs can change the appropriate presentation.
Record the approved designs, palette, visible sizes, and frame choices in a location schedule. A sample can establish the direction before a broader rollout. Mark local changes explicitly so they do not unintentionally alter the whole set.
03 / Prepare the order
Wall photos, room uses, sizes, color references, cleaning or facility requirements, quantity, delivery address, and opening date.
Attach the chosen reference to each design and keep alternatives separate. We review the brief with you before production is confirmed.
04 / Confirm price and delivery

05 / Resolve the details
Start around two-thirds of the sofa width, including framing. A 180 cm sofa suggests about 120 cm of artwork or a grouped arrangement. Check the view from the chairs and leave space for nearby signs and fittings.
Send the cleaning method and products before choosing the presentation. Ordinary painted canvas should not be assumed compatible with disinfectants or repeated wet cleaning. Your facilities team may require a protective enclosure or a different location.
Yes. Use a shared color range while varying the level of detail by room. Reception can carry a stronger image, while a close-viewing consultation wall may benefit from a simpler composition.
Keep the approved sources, dimensions, frames, and room assignments together. For the next site, confirm any changed wall sizes and quantities before reordering. We quote the new production and delivery plan for that location.
