Include the full ZIP code and say whether the address is a residence, shop, warehouse, or project site. For an apartment, identify any receiving desk, lift booking, or access restriction. A city name alone does not tell us what the last delivery leg involves.
For a large canvas, the packed dimensions can make express delivery expensive. Ask for rolled and framed options while there is still time to choose. Rolled work needs local stretching and framing; heavy texture should stay unbent and travel stretched or framed.
Use a separate line for each property with the artwork IDs, counts, address, contact, and required arrival date. A central warehouse may suit a coordinated rollout, while individual sites may need separate shipments. Compare those arrangements before finalizing the order.
03 / Compare shipping options
We work with more than 200 logistics companies to compare options for your budget and timeline. For a fast delivery, we look for express services. Large framed canvases can be expensive by express; when your schedule permits, we also quote sea freight so you can compare cost and timing.
Most destinations are served on DDP terms. Individual countries can require a different arrangement because of local customs regulations; we explain any exception in the written quote. Your shipment proposal identifies the service, shipping cost, and estimated timing for the actual order.
04 / Build the arrival schedule
Allow for painting, your review, and transport as separate stages. A sample is a separate single-piece order; its delivery and your review happen before the main run. Payment is usually 50% deposit, with the balance after final approval and before shipping.

05 / Resolve delivery questions
Yes. Send the complete address and the required finish. Check the building’s receiving procedure and whether a large packed canvas can pass through the lift and doorway. We confirm the shipping arrangement in your quote.
Ask for both arrangements if either is workable. A warehouse can consolidate receiving, but your team must account for onward distribution and handling. Separate deliveries need a reliable contact and schedule at each property.
Yes. State width × height and identify whether the measurements describe the canvas or the complete frame. For example, a 48 × 36 inch canvas has a wider overall footprint once a frame is added.
