02 / Define the destination
Australia and New Zealand need separate destination quotes. Include the town, state or region, postcode, and recipient rather than only naming the nearest capital city. If the property uses a depot or another receiving address, show that clearly.
Large framed canvases occupy substantially more space than rolled work. If the opening date is flexible enough for sea freight, ask us to compare it with express before the finish is fixed. The quote sets out the proposed shipping cost and timing for the actual package.
A stylist choosing rolled canvas needs to book stretching and framing after delivery. A framed package needs suitable access and handling at the property. Confirm the installer and photography dates so neither option is chosen on freight cost alone.
03 / Compare shipping options
We work with more than 200 logistics companies to compare options for your budget and timeline. For a fast delivery, we look for express services. Large framed canvases can be expensive by express; when your schedule permits, we also quote sea freight so you can compare cost and timing.
Most destinations are served on DDP terms. Individual countries can require a different arrangement because of local customs regulations; we explain any exception in the written quote. Your shipment proposal identifies the service, shipping cost, and estimated timing for the actual order.
04 / Build the arrival schedule
Allow for painting, your review, and transport as separate stages. A sample is a separate single-piece order; its delivery and your review happen before the main run. Payment is usually 50% deposit, with the balance after final approval and before shipping.

05 / Resolve delivery questions
Yes—send the exact address and postcode for a route check. Tell us if receiving takes place at a depot or a business address elsewhere. We price the proposed delivery arrangement, not only transport to the nearest city.
No. Give the New Zealand destination separately. Its route, delivery scope, and price are confirmed for that shipment even when the paintings are the same size as an Australian order.
Ask us to compare it when your timeline permits. Packed size can matter as much as piece count. The useful comparison includes shipping time, presentation, and local handling as well as the freight amount.
Specify the shoot date, preferred finish, and earliest receiving date. Framed work reduces local finishing steps, while rolled work needs a framer booking. We assess the schedule before confirming the order.
