Send a clear image and identify the view, green, bunker, water, or clubhouse details that members recognize. Mark temporary objects to remove. Additional references help if an important feature is hidden.
Photograph the display and measure the visible images and frames. Provide the approved portrait source and identify the pose, head scale, and background relationship to preserve.
Send a clean approved crest file and confirm the club can authorize its use. Agree its location and scale within the composition. Fine heraldic detail should be reviewed before enlarging or simplifying it.
