02 / Define the painting brief
A building portrait, founder portrait, team image, and logo-led composition each need a different source. Identify the focal subject and the supporting details. If several photographs are combined, approve the arrangement before production.
Provide clean files for logos and a written record of any wording that must appear. Specify the size and placement of important details. A painted interpretation should be reviewed at the scale at which it will be displayed.
Nominate one reviewer and include the presentation date in the brief. For multiple gifts, assign a recipient or version ID to each canvas. Allow separate time for painting, final review, shipping, and any local presentation arrangements.
03 / Prepare the order
Approved image or brand files, key details, dimensions, presentation, quantity, reviewer, destination, and event date.
Attach the chosen reference to each design and keep alternatives separate. We review the brief with you before production is confirmed.
04 / Confirm price and delivery

05 / Resolve the details
Send clear images of both and explain their relative importance. We review a composition that gives each a deliberate place instead of simply placing unrelated photographs side by side.
Provide the exact wording and identify where it should appear. Fine lettering has different visual limits from a printed graphic, so agree the scale and treatment before production.
List the shared design and any department-specific changes under separate version IDs. Include quantity, presentation, destination, and in-hands date for each group. Consolidate approval through one contact.
Yes. Select a clear viewpoint, mark distracting objects to omit, and size the work to the display wall. The finished frame dimensions should be checked against the furniture and lighting around it.
