02 / Define the painting brief
A program may use one image for everyone or a different source for each recipient. List names, dates, or image variations against a version ID and provide clean files. Confirm which details will be painted and how they should appear.
Record the painting size and choose rolled, stretched, or framed delivery. Include any requested labels, inserts, and consolidated or individual delivery arrangements for review. Those choices affect packing and freight as well as the recipient’s experience.
Work backward from when the gift must be in hand. Nominate one reviewer, confirm sources before production, and allow time for photographs, final approval, and transit. Use a sample where the program’s appearance needs to be signed off first.

Yes. Supply a version list linking each source image to the recipient, size, and finish. Identify shared elements such as the palette or frame. This lets the artwork vary without losing control of the order.
Send the budget together with quantity, preferred dimensions, finish, and destinations. We compare workable artwork and shipping choices, explaining the trade-offs rather than changing the specification silently.
Provide the files and a description of the requested presentation. We confirm what is available and how it affects the quote. Do not assume custom packaging or insert assembly is included without that agreement.
