02 / Define the painting brief
Describe the canvas as hand painted to order and show only images you have permission to use. Separate room visualizations from photographs of finished work. Make the size, frame option, and expected hand-painted variation clear before a customer purchases.
Confirm who approves the canvas, who receives progress photographs, and which shipping address is authoritative. If you require direct delivery, labels, or inserts, include those requirements in the quote. Verify the process with a sample order before scaling it.
Set customer expectations around painting, review, and transit rather than the production band alone. Keep the source file and approved specification with each order. Changes to the crop, address, or finish need to be resolved before the work is released.
03 / Prepare the order
Product image, visible size, medium and finish, quantity, approval contact, packing requirements, destination, and promised customer date.
Attach the chosen reference to each design and keep alternatives separate. We review the brief with you before production is confirmed.
04 / Confirm price and delivery

05 / Resolve the details
Include direct delivery in the inquiry and provide the destination and packing requirements. We confirm the arrangement and shipping quote before you commit. Test the workflow with an initial order so your customer communication matches the actual process.
Explain that it is hand painted to order by your production partner, with the listed dimensions and finish. Use photographs and descriptions you have permission to publish, and explain that brushwork can vary between painted pieces.
Base your promise on the agreed production and shipping plan for that design. A portrait, oil painting, and heavily textured canvas may need different timing. Leave time for your approval and avoid publishing the courier range as the complete lead time.
Send your order ID, the final reference file, width and height, finish, approved changes, recipient address, and deadline. Name the person who approves the finished photograph. Resolve missing details before passing the order into production.
