You can order a sample as a separate, individually priced painting and assess it in person. Any later order is quoted separately for its quantity and specification.

Size & proportion
We consider the visible painting and overall framed dimensions separately. For an existing frame, your framer’s measurements help us confirm the fit before painting.
Colour palette
Your fabrics, furniture and wall finishes guide the colour direction. For example: a quieter cream background, with the curtain’s olive green used only as a small accent.
Brushwork & texture
Choose softly blended areas, visible brushstrokes or stronger texture. We paint directly on premium linen; acrylic is standard, with oil available on request.

Review hand-painted quality and texture before shipping
A room image helps you imagine the placement. Photographs of the actual painting help you judge what you are buying. The two studio photographs alongside show the same canvas from different views.
- Full-canvas views: check the composition, overall colour balance and important details.
- Close and angled views: look at individual brushstrokes, layered colour and surface texture.
- Progress photos and videos: follow the work as it develops and share feedback.
We send daylight photographs of the finished painting for your approval before shipping. For several coordinated works, you can ask to review them together. If something needs attention, please let us know during review so we can discuss it before dispatch.
Screen images cannot show colour identically on every device. If an in-person assessment is important, a separately priced sample order lets you see the paint and linen under your own lighting.

Delivery around your deadline
Express delivery can suit tighter schedules; sea freight may suit larger work when you have more time. Most shipments use DDP, with exceptions where local customs rules require another arrangement. Your quote confirms the terms.

Your UK postcode, receiving address and required arrival date help us plan. Painting, drying, your review, transport and any local framing all need time before installation.

Can you paint my reference image, and how much will it cost?
We can assess your image and quote for the size, medium, finish and presentation you would like. Please share an approximate size, quantity and UK delivery postcode if you have them. We suggest using your own images or references you have permission to reproduce. WhatsApp is our fastest way to discuss the request.
Can you help choose artwork from a room render or mood board?
Yes. You do not need to have selected a painting before contacting us. A room render, wall photograph or mood board helps us understand the space. We can help explore suitable subjects, colours and proportions, then confirm the final painting direction with you before production.
How can I check painting quality and texture before placing a larger order?
You can review our real studio photographs and ask about the finish you want. For your commissioned painting, we share progress photos and videos, followed by final daylight photographs before shipping. You can also buy one sample as a separate single-piece order to assess the work in person. Samples are not credited against later orders.
Can you adjust painting colours to suit fabrics and wall finishes?
Yes. Please share the references and tell us which colours you would like emphasised or softened. We confirm the intended changes with you before painting. Paint, fabric and screen images respond differently to light, so a colour reference guides the direction rather than guaranteeing an identical appearance across materials.
Can I combine different designs, sizes and AI-generated concepts in one order?
Yes. You can combine different designs and sizes, including your own designs or selected AI concepts. We can help assess their suitability for painting and discuss a shared palette or finish. Mixed designs count together towards quantity tiers; each painting has its own confirmed image and dimensions.
Is ordering from your studio cheaper than buying locally in the UK?
It can be, particularly for larger orders. Our delivered price can be around half a comparable local quote, or less, but that is not a fixed discount or a guarantee for every commission. Compare the same artwork requirements, size, medium, framing and delivery scope. If you choose rolled canvases, include any UK stretching and framing costs in your comparison.
Can I have paintings delivered rolled for framing in the UK?
Yes, when the agreed finish is suitable for rolling. We leave an additional 5 cm of blank canvas on every side of the painted image for stretching and framing. For example, a 100 × 75 cm painted image comes with approximately 110 × 85 cm of canvas. If your framer needs extra allowance, please let us know before painting. Heavy raised texture may need a rigid presentation instead.
Can you work to my project installation date?
Please share the date you need the paintings to arrive and your UK postcode before ordering. We can assess the production schedule and transport options, allowing time for drying, your approval and any local framing. We confirm the proposed timing with your quote so you can decide whether it suits your project.
