| Delivery and payment | We compare suitable routes through 200+ logistics companies: express for speed, or sea freight for larger orders when time allows. Most destinations are DDP, with local customs exceptions explained in your quote. Payment is usually 50% deposit and the balance after final approval, before shipping. |

Can we use a freely available park photograph as the painting reference?
We suggest checking the individual photograph’s credit and reuse terms first, including images on government sites. You can then share a photograph you own or have permission to reproduce. We will help adapt the chosen view to the painting size you need.
How much blank canvas comes with a rolled United States painting?
You choose the painted image size. We include an additional 5 cm on each side, outside the painted image. If your customers or framer would prefer a different allowance, please let us know before production; we would be happy to discuss it.
Can we choose our own painting sizes for the shop?
