02 / Define the destination
Provide the street address, province, postal code, and contact number. Flag a remote property, island destination, or site that receives deliveries through another depot. We need the actual last address to compare workable services and explain the proposed handover.
A hotel refurbishment may receive art at a warehouse before individual floors are ready. Decide who will inspect and store the paintings and how they will reach the property. Keep each phase’s artwork IDs separate so a delayed room does not confuse the whole shipment.
Rolled canvas may reduce shipment volume when a Canadian framer will stretch it. Framed work arrives in its chosen presentation but needs more protective packing and access space. Compare both against the artwork’s surface and the time available for local work.
03 / Compare shipping options
We work with more than 200 logistics companies to compare options for your budget and timeline. For a fast delivery, we look for express services. Large framed canvases can be expensive by express; when your schedule permits, we also quote sea freight so you can compare cost and timing.
Most destinations are served on DDP terms. Individual countries can require a different arrangement because of local customs regulations; we explain any exception in the written quote. Your shipment proposal identifies the service, shipping cost, and estimated timing for the actual order.
04 / Build the arrival schedule
Allow for painting, your review, and transport as separate stages. A sample is a separate single-piece order; its delivery and your review happen before the main run. Payment is usually 50% deposit, with the balance after final approval and before shipping.

05 / Resolve delivery questions
Send the final postal code and address. We review available services through our logistics network and explain the proposed route. A major-city transit estimate should not be treated as a promise for a different final destination.
Yes. List each client’s artwork IDs and quantities, then tell us whether everything goes to your studio or to separate addresses. We compare the shipping arrangements using those destinations.
If continuity matters, include the proposed spare quantity in the first inquiry. Store finished pieces appropriately and retain their source and specification. Later additions can be painted from the same reference, with natural differences in brushwork.
Give both the required arrival date and the hanging date. Leave room for receiving, inspection, and any local framing. We confirm painting and transport timing against the actual order rather than using one fixed cross-country lead time.
