02 / Define the destination
A Singapore apartment, a Bangkok showroom, and a resort reached through another receiving point need different delivery plans. Provide the full address and phone number and identify any onward movement after the first delivery. We confirm the route for that specific destination.
If furniture or lighting is already being consolidated in China, send the warehouse address, forwarder contact, booking reference, and cut-off date. We can discuss the handover and packing requirements before the canvases are made. Confirm who arranges each part of the onward journey.
A regional collection may mix sizes and frame finishes even when the designs are related. Use a destination column beside the artwork ID and quantity. Resolve changes in finish before shipping is compared, because a rolled order and a framed one occupy different volumes.
03 / Compare shipping options
We work with more than 200 logistics companies to compare options for your budget and timeline. For a fast delivery, we look for express services. Large framed canvases can be expensive by express; when your schedule permits, we also quote sea freight so you can compare cost and timing.
Most destinations are served on DDP terms. Individual countries can require a different arrangement because of local customs regulations; we explain any exception in the written quote. Your shipment proposal identifies the service, shipping cost, and estimated timing for the actual order.
04 / Build the arrival schedule
Allow for painting, your review, and transport as separate stages. A sample is a separate single-piece order; its delivery and your review happen before the main run. Payment is usually 50% deposit, with the balance after final approval and before shipping.

05 / Resolve delivery questions
Send the warehouse and booking details with the order. We confirm the handover scope, packing requirements, and timing. Keep responsibility for the onward route clear in the written arrangement.
Provide the full unit address and check the building’s receiving rules, lift access, and any delivery booking. The proposed carrier service and handover are confirmed in the shipping quote.
You can prepare one artwork schedule, but identify the separate destinations and quantities. We quote the delivery arrangement for each shipment rather than assuming one regional price.
Painting and approval still take time, and the final route depends on the package and address. Give your actual deadline so we can compare the available service instead of assuming proximity guarantees a date.
