02 / Define the destination
Name the country and city, then provide the complete address and a reachable receiving contact. Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, and other destinations are quoted against their own delivery requirements. A project name or a building render is not enough to define the shipping route.
If the property cannot receive art during fit-out, identify the warehouse or contractor who will accept it. List the earliest receiving date and the required installation date separately. Confirm who will inspect and safely store the packed paintings between those stages.
Send elevations and access dimensions for a large lobby canvas or multi-panel feature. Compare the full framed format with alternative presentation where appropriate. If express pricing is high and the schedule has room, we also assess sea freight for the larger shipment.
03 / Compare shipping options
We work with more than 200 logistics companies to compare options for your budget and timeline. For a fast delivery, we look for express services. Large framed canvases can be expensive by express; when your schedule permits, we also quote sea freight so you can compare cost and timing.
Most destinations are served on DDP terms. Individual countries can require a different arrangement because of local customs regulations; we explain any exception in the written quote. Your shipment proposal identifies the service, shipping cost, and estimated timing for the actual order.
04 / Build the arrival schedule
Allow for painting, your review, and transport as separate stages. A sample is a separate single-piece order; its delivery and your review happen before the main run. Payment is usually 50% deposit, with the balance after final approval and before shipping.
