A busy entertainment floor and a quiet lounge need different visual weight. Show the nearby finishes and lighting, then state where the painting should lead and where it should recede. Avoid selecting every canvas as a standalone statement.
Record composition, dominant colors, surface, dimensions, and frame choice by artwork ID. Review a representative piece before expanding the group. Mark which pieces repeat and which are related variations.
Share fire, maintenance, mounting, and access requirements with the brief. The project team should confirm that the proposed canvas presentation is suitable. Coordinate receiving and installation separately from the studio’s production window.
03 / Prepare the order
Room and artwork schedule, theme references, dimensions, lighting notes, material requirements, quantities, destination, and fit-out date.
Attach the chosen reference to each design and keep alternatives separate. We review the brief with you before production is confirmed.
04 / Confirm price and delivery

05 / Resolve the details
Provide photographs or a lighting reference and identify the colors that matter. A canvas can look different under colored light than in daylight. Review a physical sample in the venue when the effect is critical.
A shared palette or frame language can connect different styles. Separate lounges, dining spaces, and suites by their role, then choose which visual elements carry across the property.
Use a room and artwork schedule with quantities and receiving dates for each phase. Retain one approved reference for repeated pieces and mark any changes explicitly before each batch is quoted.
The scope covers the agreed artwork and delivery arrangement. Send material requirements before purchase, and have the venue team confirm any specialist certification or mounting needs. Local installation should be coordinated separately.
