02 / Define the painting brief
Local buildings, gardens, and archive photographs can provide useful starting points. Ask the design and care teams to approve the subject and level of detail. We produce the agreed artwork without making therapeutic or memory-care performance claims.
A small detail visible in a digital file can disappear across a common room. State the viewing distance, frame finish, and nearby lighting. Review a sample in the intended setting when the interior team needs to assess glare or visual complexity.
Share cleaning, mounting, and facility requirements before choosing a canvas finish. The artwork quote should distinguish the painting from any protective enclosure, specialist mounting, or site certification the facility needs.
03 / Prepare the order
Approved subjects, room and wall list, viewing distances, material requirements, reference permissions, review contact, and installation date.
Attach the chosen reference to each design and keep alternatives separate. We review the brief with you before production is confirmed.
04 / Confirm price and delivery

05 / Resolve the details
Your care and design teams should define the subject and presentation for that program. We can produce their approved brief. We do not claim that a particular painting treats a condition or produces a clinical effect.
Send the largest, clearest file and identify the recognizable feature: a building entrance, person, garden, or street. Include a second reference if an important detail is obscured. Confirm that the community has permission to use the source.
Yes. Choose a subject family for each wing, then hold the frame, size, and color intensity together. Give every design a location code so the final set follows the approved plan.
Yes. Buy a sample as a separate single-piece order. Your team can review it in the actual lighting and setting before ordering the broader group. Include that review period in the refurbishment schedule.
