02 / Define the painting brief
Mark the viewing distance and the details that tell the story: a portrait expression, symbol, building, or clue. Include the planned lighting reference and the frame opening. Agree the retained image area before scaling the composition.
Identify any planned hinges, mechanisms, lighting, or special mounting. Our scope is the painted canvas; the scenic team needs to define and supply the surrounding installation. Submit fire and other site requirements before a canvas is approved for the package.
Provide material your team is authorized to use and complete the project’s own rights review. For repeated rooms or portrait groups, approve one reference and list the allowed variations. Keep each canvas tied to a scene ID for final review.
03 / Prepare the order
Approved artwork files, scene IDs, dimensions, copy counts, lighting references, site material requirements, delivery location, and install date.
Attach the chosen reference to each design and keep alternatives separate. We review the brief with you before production is confirmed.
04 / Confirm price and delivery

05 / Resolve the details
We supply the agreed painted canvas. Your scenic fabricator should design and fit mechanisms, hinges, magnets, and specialist hardware. Send any dimensional interface before painting so the image and opening can be coordinated.
Provide original or authorized source material for your project. Your team should approve the rights and intended use. We can work from your own character or scenic designs once the source and composition are clear.
Do not assume that a standard painted canvas meets a venue’s fire requirements. Send the exact specification before purchase and have the responsible project team review the proposed presentation and any specialist treatment.
Give each character an ID, image, visible size, and frame requirement. Define common background values and head scale, then choose a representative sample. List the hanging sequence if the characters tell a story in order.
