A ballroom feature should be sized to the room and sightlines. A gift needs a suitable recipient size and presentation. Explain which job the painting is doing so the composition, packaging, and quote follow the right brief.
For a venue portrait, mark the architecture, garden, signage, and seasonal details you want retained. For a people-focused image, provide clear faces and the approved crop. Confirm the right to use professional photographs before submitting them.
Our work is made in the studio from supplied references. Allow time for painting, approval, and shipping; an event photograph supplied afterward can become a later gift. Give the actual in-hands date when requesting the quote.

Attach the chosen reference to each design and keep alternatives separate. We review the brief with you before production is confirmed.
04 / Confirm price and delivery

05 / Resolve the details
This service is studio production from supplied photographs and references. Send the image after the event for a later painted gift, or order venue artwork in advance for permanent display.
Use files you are authorized to reproduce as a painting. Confirm permission where needed, and send the clearest version rather than a compressed social-media image.
Choose a size that suits a home display rather than the venue’s own feature wall. A 60 × 50 cm format can be a starting point, with orientation set by the image. Confirm the recipient presentation and overall framed size.
Yes. Provide seasonal references or specify the changes you want reviewed. Keep the architecture and viewpoint consistent while varying foliage, light, or flowers. Approve the selected versions before ordering the series.
