We confirm the design & quoteOur studio reviews your request and replies with a clear plan: recommended size, style approach, materials, timeline, and a firm price, with no obligation to proceed.
Painting beginsOnce you approve, your piece is painted by hand in our studio on premium canvas in oil or acrylic, brushstroke by brushstroke.
You see progress photosWe share photos as the work develops, so the finished painting is never a surprise. Adjustments along the way are part of the process.
Approve, then we shipWe only ship once you are happy with the final result. Your artwork travels free and fully insured anywhere in the world.

Sizing & Pricing

Every commission is quoted individually, because price depends on the size, the complexity of the design, and the materials involved. After you share your idea we send a single, all-in price before any painting begins, so what you approve is what you pay, with free worldwide shipping included. There is never a charge for asking.

Timeline

Most commissions are confirmed within a few days of your first message. Once the design is approved, production typically takes about 1 to 2 weeks, and counting transit most clients receive their finished piece within roughly 2 to 4 weeks. Heavily textured paintings and very large pieces can take a little longer, since the paint needs time to cure properly. We will always give you a realistic date up front and keep you posted along the way.

Every commission is a genuine original, hand-painted in our studio, never a print or reproduction.
Because each commission is created specifically for you, we make sure it is right before it ships: we confirm the design, share progress photos, and only send it once you are delighted. That care is why our customers almost never need a return. Full terms are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
